The Job Offers feature lets you prepare, approve, and send branded job offers in minutes. Key capabilities:
Offer templates with an initial email/offer message
Automated messages when a candidate accepts or rejects
Compensation & package details
Start date and expiration date/time
Internal approval workflows

1) Creating an offer
Open the Settings > Offers and click New Job Offer
Fill the basics: Salary, Offer message, etc.
Add Perks/Extras (bonus, benefits, location, equipment, etc.)
Save it.
Offer fields
Offer message | The main text the candidate sees in the email and on the offer page. Use it to greet them, summarize the role, and highlight key details. |
Acceptance message: | Shown after the candidate clicks Accept. Confirm their acceptance and outline the next steps. |
Rejection message: | Shown after the candidate clicks Reject. |
Offer fields | Extra, customizable fields to capture and show details like perks, benefits, bonuses, equipment, or location. |

You can pick a job start date, and offer expiry date
Choose how to send:
Send now (goes straight to the candidate)
Send for approval (pick approvers; they sign off, then it sends)
You’ll see the offer status on the candidate’s page
3) What candidate sees
A clean email with your branding and a View Offer button
A simple offer page: friendly message, pay & perks.
Two clear actions: Accept or Reject
Accept → they see your offer acceptance message, and you’re notified
Reject → they leave a short note, you get the message and can follow up
