Assess your candidates using the best assessment tools in the world

This document outlines the steps to use integrated assessment tools within your platform. This process includes sending assessment tests to candidates and viewing their results. It is designed for users who have already set up their assessment tool integrations (refer to "How to Setup" documentation for integration details).

Prerequisites

  • Ensure the desired assessment tool is integrated. Refer to the "How to Setup" documentation for guidance on integration.

Steps to Send a Test

  1. Navigate to the Job:

    • Log in to your account.

    • Go to the job posting where you want to send assessment tests.

  2. Select Candidates:

    • Choose the candidates to whom you want to send the test.

    • You can select candidates individually or in bulk by selecting all within a particular stage.

  3. Initiate Test Sending:

    • Click the "Send Test" button. This button is located in the bulk actions area at the top of the page.

  4. Choose an Assessment Provider:

    • From the list provided, select your preferred assessment provider.

  5. Select the Test:

    • Choose the specific test you wish to send to the candidates.

  6. Send the Test:

    • Click the "Send" button to dispatch the assessment test to the selected candidates.
