After sending tests to the candidates, you can see their results from within Hirex.
Prerequisites
Ensure the desired assessment tool is integrated. Refer to the How to Setup section for guidance.
Ensure you already sent assessment tests. Refer to the Sending Assessment Tests documentation.
Steps to View Test Results
Select a Candidate:
From your list of candidates, click on the candidate whose results you want to view.
Access the Assessment Tab:
In the candidate's profile, navigate to the "Assessment" tab.
View Completed Tests:
Here, you can view the results of tests that are marked as Completed.
Check for Cheating Indicators:
Note the cheating indicator at the top-right of the results section.
Remember, this is provided by the assessment tool and may not always be accurate.
Pending Tests:
This section also displays any tests that are Pending.
Use the "Refresh" button at the top-right to update and view the latest results.
