Activate Integration

  • Go to Settings > Integrations

  • Find and click LinkedIn Limited Job Posting integration from the list

  • Click Enable

  • Enter your LinkedIn Organization ID

How to Find Your LinkedIn Organization ID?

  • Log in to LinkedIn and navigate to your company's LinkedIn page.

  • Look at the URL in your browser's address bar. The URL will typically look like this: https://www.linkedin.com/company/[your-company-name].

  • The number immediately following /company/ in the URL is your LinkedIn Organization ID.👇

Create Your Job Posting

Make sure you entered Job Title and Job Description correctly. Also entering fields like Location, Workplace type, and Employment type will make your job stand out in LinkedIn.

Some considerations regarding Job Title and Job Description:

  • Job Title: Ensure it directly reflects the role without added extras (e.g., location or salary).

  • Job Description: Write a clear, concise description without links, as LinkedIn does not display hyperlinks.

If you don't follow these. LinkedIn might remove your job posting.

Tips for Writing an Effective Job Description

  • Highlight key responsibilities and requirements.

  • Mention the skills and qualifications necessary for the position.

  • Include an overview of what it’s like to work at your company, focusing on culture and values.

  • Avoid using URL links as they will not be displayed on LinkedIn.

Post Your Job

Once you have filled out all necessary fields for your job posting, navigate to the 'Reach' tab.

Find and click on the 'Post job' button within to the LinkedIn Limited Listings card.

Timeline and Visibility

Your job will be posted to LinkedIn within 24 hours.

Ensure that all information is accurate and complete before posting, as any changes or corrections will also take up to 24 hours to update on LinkedIn.
