Publish Your Job
Ensure your job posting is published in Hirex. You can publish your job by clicking Open from the top right menu.
Pro Tip: If you don't want to list your job on your job site, you can publish your job privately by selecting "Open Privately".
Copy the Job Public Link
Navigate to the Reach tab in your job posting.
Locate and copy the public link for your job posting. You can copy the link by simply clicking on it or clicking to "Copy to clipboard" button.
Configure Job Application Collection on LinkedIn
Go to LinkedIn and start creating a new job posting.
While creating the job posting on LinkedIn, you will encounter the question, "Application collection?".
Choose the option "At an external website".
In the provided field, paste the copied job link from Hirex.
Receive Applicants
That's it! 🎉
Once your job posting is live on LinkedIn, applicants will be directed to your application page in Hirex when they apply.
