Integrating Kolay IK with Hirex allows you to synchronize employee data seamlessly between the two platforms, enhancing your HR management process. Follow the steps below to set up the integration:
Step 1: Create an API Key from Kolay IK Settings
Log in to Kolay IK
Navigate to "Ayarlar" > "Geliştirici Ayarları"
Click to "API Token'lari Yönet"
Click to "API Token Oluştur"
Give it a name, select "person:create" scope, and save it.
Step 3: Configure Integration in Hirex
Find Kolay IK Integration
Navigate to the Integrations section in Hirex, found under the Settings menu.Enter Kolay IK API Key
Locate the Kolay IK integration and select it. You will be prompted to enter the API Key you copied from Kolay IK. Paste these into the required field. Once the key is entered, click on Enable to activate the integration.
