Overview
The Notification Preferences feature allows you to customize which email notifications you receive for various activities in the system. This gives you better control over your inbox and ensures you only get notified about the events that matter most to you.
How to Access Your Notification Settings
Navigate to My Account in Settings page
Scroll down to the Notifications section
You'll see a list of available notification types with checkboxes
Available Notification Types
Notification Type | When You'll Be Notified | Default Recipients | Optional Recipients |
Custom Form Submitted | When a candidate completes and submits a custom form attached to their application |

Case Study Submitted | When a candidate completes and submits a case study assignment |

Reference Check Provided | When a candidate provides their reference check information |

Managing Your Preferences
To Enable Notifications:
Go to My Account → Notifications
Find the notification type you want to receive
Check the "Email" checkbox next to it
Click "Save" at the bottom of the page
To Disable Notifications:
Go to My Account → Notifications
Find the notification type you want to stop receiving
Uncheck the "Email" checkbox next to it
Click "Save" at the bottom of the page
Important Notes
New Users: All notification preferences are disabled by default for new users. You'll need to opt in to receive notifications.
