How to Use Scorecards
1. Accessing the Scorecards
Navigate to the Scorecards section from your organization settings.
Here, you will see a list of all existing scorecards, along with details like the number of criteria each scorecard evaluates.
2. Creating a New Scorecard
Step 1: Click on the "Create Scorecard" button.
Step 2: Name your scorecard (e.g., "Marketing Manager Evaluation").
Step 3: Optionally, add a description to clarify the scorecard's purpose.
Step 4: Add criteria by clicking on "Add a part."
Name the Criterion: Provide a name for the criterion (e.g., "SEO Skills").
Add Questions: For each criterion, add specific questions that will guide the evaluation process. These can be either open-ended or rating-based.
Save Criterion: Click "Save" to add the criterion to the scorecard.
Step 5: Once all criteria and questions are added, click "Save" to finalize the scorecard.
