The Reach tab lets you publish your job posting to external job boards including LinkedIn directly from Hirex. You can control exactly where each listing appears without leaving your dashboard.
What is the Reach Tab?
When you open a job in Hirex, you’ll find the Reach tab alongside Overview, Applications, and Settings. This is where you manage all external publishing for that job.
Currently, Hirex supports:
LinkedIn Limited Job Posting Automatically syncs your open roles to LinkedIn’s job feed for free via your company’s LinkedIn integration.
LinkedIn Easy Apply Lets candidates apply to your job directly on LinkedIn; applications land in Hirex automatically.
Publishing to LinkedIn
📌 Before you start: Your organization must have a LinkedIn integration set up. Ask your HR Admin to connect LinkedIn from Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn. |
Once the integration is active, follow these steps:
Open the job you want to publish from the Jobs page.
Click the Reach tab.
Find the LinkedIn card and toggle Publish to LinkedIn to on.
Your job will appear in LinkedIn’s job feed within a few minutes.
Enabling LinkedIn Easy Apply
LinkedIn Easy Apply allows candidates to submit their LinkedIn profile as an application without filling out a separate form. Applications are imported into Hirex automatically and appear in your pipeline.
In the Reach tab, find the LinkedIn Easy Apply section.
Toggle Enable Easy Apply to on.
Applications submitted via LinkedIn will show the source as LinkedIn Easy Apply in the candidate profile.

Unpublishing a Job
To remove a job from LinkedIn, return to the Reach tab and toggle the LinkedIn option off. The listing will be removed from LinkedIn’s feed within a few minutes.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take for my job to appear on LinkedIn?
LinkedIn typically updates its feed within a few minutes. If your job doesn’t appear after 30 minutes, check that the LinkedIn integration is enabled in Settings → Integrations.
Does publishing to LinkedIn cost anything?
LinkedIn Limited Job Posting is free. Sponsored job promotions are managed directly on LinkedIn and are not connected to Hirex.
Can I see how many candidates came from LinkedIn?
Yes. In the Applications tab, candidates sourced from LinkedIn Easy Apply are labeled accordingly. You can also filter by source in the candidate list.
