The candidate is restored to the stage they were in before being rejected.

Rejection Reasons

Rejection reasons let you record why a candidate was removed from the process. You can track which reasons are used most often in your reports.

How to add a rejection reason

  1. Go to Settings > Reject Reasons.

  2. Click Add Reason.

  3. Type the reason and save.

Default rejection reason

You can mark one reason as the default. It will be pre-selected whenever you reject a candidate, but you can always change it. Each organization can have only one default rejection reason.
