Quickly onboard your hired candidates from Hirex to your HRIS system (e.g., Personio, BambooHR, Workday) with just a few clicks. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth transfer of candidate information into your HRIS.
Step 1: Access the "Hired" Candidates
Go to the Job's Hired Candidates
Navigate to the job for which you’ve hired the candidate. Under the job applications, click select the Hired stage to see the list of candidates you have marked as hired.
Step 2: Select the Candidate and Initiate Onboarding
Choose the Candidate
Select the candidate you wish to onboard by clicking the checkbox next to their name.Locate the "Onboard" Button
In the action buttons area, you will see an Onboard button.
Step 3: Sync with Your HRIS
Select Your HRIS
After clicking the Onboard button, a dropdown menu will appear. Select your HRIS from the list (e.g., Personio, BambooHR, Workday).Choose Fields to Sync
You’ll be prompted to select the candidate fields you want to sync with your HRIS. This might include personal details, job information, and more.Click Save
Once you’ve selected the appropriate fields, click Transfer to complete the sync.

The candidate's information has now been successfully synced to your HRIS as a new employee, and the onboarding process is complete.
