Installation
You can start using Hirex Sourcing Extension after following these steps:
💻 This extension currently only works with Chrome.
Find the Extension:
Visit the Chrome Extension Marketplace and search for "Hirex Sourcing",
Or directly visit this link to find the extension.
Install:
Click on "Add to Chrome" and confirm the installation when prompted.
Access Quickly:
Pin the extension to your browser’s toolbar by clicking the pin icon in the upper right corner of Chrome.
Usage
Candidates with these steps:
Log In
Navigate to LinkedIn.
Click on the Hirex extension icon located at the top right of your browser.
Enter your Hirex username and password to log in.
Candidate Profiles
As you browse through LinkedIn candidate profiles, the Hirex extension will automatically parse and display candidate information on the right side of your screen.
If a candidate's email isn't publicly available or if you're not connected, the email field will be empty. You can enter the email address of the candidate once you are connected.
Add Candidates to Jobs
At the bottom of the parsed profile, select a job from the dropdown list to add the candidate.
If a candidate is already in the job pipeline you selected, a warning will pop up.
Click the "Add to Job" button to officially add the candidate to your desired job in Hirex.
Manage Your Candidates
🎉 Congratulations! You've successfully added a candidate to your recruitment pipeline on Hirex. They are now visible within Hirex.
