Create a New Pipeline Template

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Pipeline Templates

  2. Click New Pipeline Template

  3. Enter a name for the pipeline (e.g., "Technical Roles", "Sales Pipeline")

  4. Click Create Pipeline Template

Your new pipeline will be created with the following default stages:

  • Applied/Sourced

  • CV Review

  • Phone Interview

  • Online Interview

  • Offered

  • Hired

You can rename, reorder, add, or remove these stages.

Edit Pipeline Stages

Add a New Stage

  1. Open the pipeline you want to edit

  2. Click the Add button next to the stage type section you want to add a stage to

  3. Enter the stage name

  4. Select a color for visual identification

  5. Optionally, add a description

  6. Click Save

Rename a Stage

  1. Click the pencil icon on the stage you want to edit

  2. Type the new name

  3. Click Save

  2. If there are candidates in that stage, you will be asked to select a new stage to move them to before deletion is confirmed

⚠️ Deleting a stage affects all active job postings using that pipeline. Candidates in the deleted stage must be manually moved to another stage.

Set a Default Pipeline Template

The default pipeline template is automatically applied when creating a new job posting.

  1. Open the pipeline you want to set as default

  2. Click the star icon next to the pipeline name

πŸ“Œ Only one pipeline can be the default at a time.

Delete a Pipeline Template

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Pipeline Templates

  2. Click the trash icon on the pipeline you want to delete

⚠️ A pipeline cannot be deleted if:

  • It is the default pipeline

  • It is currently connected to active job postings β€” remove the pipeline connection from those jobs first
