Commenting and Mentions

Mentioning Team Members

  • When you mention a team member in a comment, they will receive an email with the comment content.

  • Additionally, the mentioned team member will see a notification in their dashboard's notification panel. Clicking the notification will take them directly to the comment.

Using Mentions for Evaluations and Feedback

  • If you need an evaluation or feedback from a specific team member, you can mention them in a comment.

  • They will receive an email with the comment content and a notification in their dashboard, which will take them to the comment when clicked.

Notifications for Job Owners and Assignees

  • Comments marked as "Post to Everyone" will be sent as notifications to the job owner and the assignee of the application. This ensures that everyone stays informed about team discussions.

Automations

Automated Notifications for Stage Transitions

  • You can set up automations to send emails to specific team members when a candidate moves to a particular stage. For example, you can configure an automation to send an email to evaluators when a candidate reaches the "Case Evaluation" stage.
